accommodation is limited to the number of people previously advised even on an overnight basis

arrivals are from 3.00 pm and departures by 10.30 a.m

cancellations: details will be e mailed or posted to you before you need commit yourself, but are basically based on the later the date of cancellation, the larger the percentage of rental is payable..

sorry - no group bookings - i.e. of the two cottages together

Please telephone or e mail to confirm availability; after agreeing the booking, if paying by cheque a deposit of £60 (£100 in the case of Beudy Gwyn) falls due to be paid with the balance falling due one month before your arrival. If booking less than six weeks before the start of the start date of the booking, the full rental falls due.

Please click on  the 'vacancy calendar' link below for weekly prices and availability, but please remember to deduct from the tariff shown for the larger cottage, Beudy Gwyn the appropriate amount for any reduced occupancy - 20 pounds for five person occupancy, 40 pounds for four person occupancy, 60 pounds for three person occupancy, and 80 or 100 pounds as explained on the home page, for two person occupancy. Also 20 pound deducton for one person occupancy of Beudy Bach.
