no pets are permitted, nor smoking in the cottages themselves.

accommodation is limited to the number of people previously advised even on an overnight basis

arrivals are from 3.00 pm and departures by 10.00 a.m

cancellations:  we shall use our best endeavours to relet the cottage, using quite a number of late availabillity sites, where appropriate and offers; if we are succesful, then costs are just £25 plus any losses incurred as a result of the rental achieved being less than that originally booked rate (ignoring discounts for reduced occupancy), but for example. where only a part week is let out or the cottage is let out on special offer on a late availability basis; if we are unsuccesful in reletting the cottage then the sums payable are the original rental (BEFORE DISCOUNTS FOR REDUCED OCCUPANCY and FOR TWO WEEK STAYS) less £120 for each week of a guests stay in the case of Beudy Gwyn and less £30 for each week of a guests stay in the case of Beudy Bach. So if a guest had booked  Beudy Gwyn for a week which we had been marketing at £500, but only four persons had been planning to come, and therefore the booking letter would have shown £460,  the cancellation fee actually payable if we are TOTALLY unable to rent the cancelled week out would be £500 less £120, so £380.

 We usually answer e mails within two hours of our phone hours, even if it is to say, we can not accept a booking, so if there is no reply, probably the e mail has not got through and we would then invite you to ring.

Following any booking,  we will write requesting the deposit by cheque. For Beudy Bach the deposit is £75/£100 depending on the appropriate rental; for Beudy Gwyn the deposit is £125/£175. The balance falls due one month before the start of a guests stay - we write five weeks or so before to remind guests that monies are about to fall due. If a booking is less than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rental falls due.

Please click on the calendars below for weekly prices and availability, but please remember to deduct from the tarrif shown for the larger cottage, Beudy Gwyn the appropriate amount for any reduced occupancy for EACH week of a guest's stay - £20 for five person occupancy, £40 for four person occupancy, £60 for three person occupancy, and £80 or £100 as explained on the home page, for two person occupancy. (£15, £30, £45 and £60/£80 respectively for a short break). Also £15  deducton for one person occupancy of Beudy Bach - £10 for a short break.. Along with £50 for a two week booking in Beudy Bach and a discount of £100 in Beudy Gwyn (assuming no cleaning services are needed, nor change of linen during a guests stay) unless guests have had a £100 discount for each week of their stay on the basis of 2 person occupancy and no use of first floor of Beudy Gwyn) in which case the addtional discount for a two week booking is £80.
